Makes magic feel real, believable, unrealistic dialogue
The Sixty-Eight Rooms is the kind of fantasy book that a kid can get lost in - the kind that makes magic feel so real. I loved Malone's artful storytelling, weaving real-life and magic seamlessly together into a believable story. I did find the dialogue a bit unrealistic, especially between the children and their parents, but overall I loved the book!
