Blizz Richards is a yeti, and being a yeti comes with a lot of responsibility. A yeti is a type of cryptid, just like a unicorn, the loch ness monster, leprechauns, and many other creatures. Cryptids hide from humans at all times, so they are rarely seen, which is sort of the point of them. They bring a sense of mystery and magic to humans. Blizz Richards has a problem, though, because there is a man called George Vanquist who is searching through Canada to photograph cryptids, and Blizz is afraid that he or one of his friends will be spotted. On top of this, there is a Big Foot family reunion coming up, and Blizz is trying to find his brother-in-hiding before the party begins.

I liked the Yeti files a lot! The plot is great, the characters are hilarious, and the drawings tell a whole story on their own. The book is sort of half chapter book and half comics, so it is perfect for younger or more reluctant readers. I think anyone can enjoy reading this hilarious story.
