OVERALL RATING 7/10
Excellent plot, engaging mystery, abstract writing style
With it's mysterious plot that unravels at just the right pace, We Were Liars is sure to keep you engaged right to the end. This heartbreaking story has no shortage of plot twists. I did find some of the writing to be overly abstract, but I know that's more of a stylistic preference! Overall an excellent plot and an engaging read.
